Reiki (pronounced ray-key) sessions are a space to slow down, soften your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, energetically depleted, navigating a transition, or simply craving deep rest, Reiki offers a quiet, powerful reset.

What is Reiki?

The practice of Reiki was originally developed in Japan, and has been used around the world for over 100 years! It’s a non-invasive, energy healing practice that gently supports our body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance.

The word “Reiki” is commonly translated like this:

Rei: universal

Ki: vital life force energy which flows through all things

In the Reiki tradition, this life force energy is understood to flow through all living beings. When that energy feels balanced, we tend to feel more grounded, clear, and well. When it’s depleted or disrupted, we may experience stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.

At its core, Reiki recognizes that we are more than just our physical bodies. It works to balance and clear your energetic body, and to support your nervous system, helping shift you out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-repair. It’s not about “fixing” you — it’s about creating space for your body and energy to do what they already know how to do.

What happens in a Reiki session?

Our Reiki sessions are intuitive, trauma-aware, and rooted in nervous system support. Jasmine draws on her background in mindfulness to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and deeply supportive.

You’ll fill out a quick intake form, inviting you to share things like your goals for your session, and any areas of the body you’d either like to focus on or avoid.

Then you’ll make yourself comfortable — depending on what you’ve booked, you may rest on a massage table, yoga mat, or from the comfort of your home. Guided by your wishes and her intuition, your Reiki healer will begin to channel this universal life force energy to you, through gentle, hands-on, hands-above, or distance energy work.

The experience is quiet, restful, and deeply calming.

We offer several different relaxing practices to choose from!

Group Reiki Sessions

Join us for a Sunday evening Reiki reset. During this 30-minute session, you’ll be guided into a comfortable position on a yoga mat and then led through a short relaxation to help you settle. Energy healing will be provided from a distance.

Private Reiki Sessions

30-minute, one-on-one sessions are currently offered every other Wednesday evening and on Fridays. Saturday sessions are available by request, at a slightly higher rate. You can choose to have your private session over Zoom, or in person! You can also add a relaxing Yoga Nidra practice before your session, or an intuitive card reading delivered via email afterward.

Restorative Yoga & Reiki

The 2nd Monday of each month, you can join Jasmine for 90-minutes of Restorative Yoga & Reiki. Restorative yoga uses a lot of props to help your body feel supported and relaxed in long-held poses. Mindful practices are sprinkled throughout class, and energy healing is provided from a distance.
