Breathe. Move your body. Connect to yourself.
Our adult classes include cardio dance fitness, a variety of yoga options, Reiki infused practices, and meditation! What’s calling out to you, today?
-
For the mornings when you need a little adult conversation, a cup of coffee you didn’t have to make yourself, and a nice stretch.
Doors open at 8:30a (please arrive by 9a at the latest). Sip a cup of tea or coffee (bring a mug!) and enjoy some time to chat. Then we’ll move into a 45-minute yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded and refreshed.
-
For when you need an hour to breathe, move, and feel connected you yourself.
This class involves a range of movement, from seated poses, to standing and balancing, to lying on the mat.
We’ll move at a steady pace while focusing on our breath, and you’ll be offered clear guidance and supportive options, so that you can choose what feels best for your body.
-
For when you simply need to rest.
Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep,” is a form of guided meditation that helps relax our bodies, minds, and spirits.
There’s no movement involved in this class! You’ll either spend the session cocooned in one of our cozy yoga hammocks, or comfy on a mat with plenty of blankets and pillows.
Yoga Nidra can support clarity and creativity, can reduce stress and anxiety, and can promote better sleep, especially when made a regular part of your self-care routine!
-
For when you want to move, laugh, and sweat!
Oula merges cardio and strength with fun choreography, and is set to an energetic pop soundtrack. We want you to leave feeling strong, empowered, and a little more joyful than when you came in!
Kaeli is an experienced teacher who will offer a variety of options throughout class and will always encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels good, making this class perfect for all levels of experience.
-
For when you want a quiet, more meditative practice to complement the busy-ness of your everyday life.
During this class, you’ll be led through a series of mat-based yoga poses. You’ll use props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to support your body, as you rest in each pose for several minutes.
Peaceful quiet is offered throughout much of class to give you space to sit with your body, observe your thoughts, and experience being fully present.
Yin is a great balance to more vigorous forms of exercise, and helps to support health and mobility in our joints and connective tissues.
-
For when you want to tune into the natural cycle and energy of the moon, move, reflect, and bring a little magic to your life.
These 90-minute practices consist of conversation about the current moon phase and astrology, a series of gentle yoga postures, and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session.
You’ll also be invited to draw an Oracle card to further promote reflection, and experience simple, and optional, rituals for release.
No yoga or astrology experience needed! Just a little curiosity and an open mind.
-
For when you want to unwind and prepare for a great night’s sleep!
Enjoy a slow, mindful flow designed to calm both body and mind. We’ll use soothing breathwork, gentle stretches, and a relaxing environment to ease tightness, release tension, and restore balance. This is a space to listen to your body and move at a pace that feels right for you.
-
For when you want a mindful start to your weekend!
We’ll flow through a full body yoga practice, intentionally planned to help you move, stretch, and feel present.
Then we’ll settle in for a little time in meditation - whether that meditation is 10m to rest in soothing sound bowl frequencies, a few moments of silence, or gentle guidance will vary each week.
Kids need healthy tools for movement and mindfulness, too!
These classes introduce children to yoga, movement, and meditation in fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate ways that they will love!
