Classes for Adults
“If we practice yoga long enough, the practice changes to suit our needs. It’s important to acknowledge that the practice isn’t meant to be one practice for everybody. The beautiful thing about yoga is that there are so many different approaches. As we go through our life cycles, hopefully, we are able to find a practice that suits us. And if you practice yoga long enough, that will change many times. What exactly that looks like is going to be different for each person.”

Community Flow
More than just a weekend yoga class 🖤
Community Flow offers a welcoming space to move your body, calm your mind, and connect with others. This weekly class combines warm conversation with an all-levels yoga flow to support both physical wellness and emotional nourishment.
Doors open at 8:30a. We’ll spend time sipping tea/coffee (bring a mug!) and sharing space together, because sometimes the most healing part of class is simply being seen and heard. Then we’ll move into a 45-minute yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and more at home in your body.

Rise and Flow
Join Jasmine in welcoming the day with cozy, mindful movement designed to ease you into the morning with intention and care.
This class offers the perfect blend of gentle stretching and grounding postures to awaken your body and clear your mind, giving you a much-needed moment of you-time before the day unfolds. We’ll begin with a slow, nourishing warm-up to release stiffness and invite in energy, then flow into a balanced yoga sequence that stretches, strengthens, and refreshes the whole body. Class closes with a short period of rest and grounding, so you can step off your mat feeling calm, centered, and ready to move through your day with ease.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is a welcoming space for all levels.

Empower Flow
Looking for a stronger practice that will leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and maybe a little sweaty too?
During this class, you’ll warm up the body with mindful movement, and then flow into a dynamic workout that combines traditional yoga postures with strength-building exercises. These sequences will challenge your muscles and stamina, and you’ll have the option to add light weights for an extra boost! Each pose can be modified, so you’re always in control of how much you want to push yourself.
After the energizing flow, enjoy a gentle cooldown and grounding stretches, helping your body and mind transition back to a state of ease. Expect to sweat, feel strong, and leave feeling both empowered and recharged.
-
Flow and Rest
Join Jasmine for a class designed to soothe the nervous system and support your body’s natural capacity to rest and heal.
We’ll begin with gentle, intentional movement and full-body stretches to release physical tension, increase mobility, and create more ease in both body and mind. Then, we’ll transition into Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep." This ancient practice guides you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can fully relax, the mind can quiet, and deep restoration becomes possible.
This class is an invitation to pause, recharge, and connect with a profound sense of calm. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded, carrying the benefits of deep rest into the rest of your evening.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers a quiet, more meditative asana practice, and is a beautiful complement to the busy-ness of our everyday lives!
Yin follows 3 core tenets — come into your version of the pose, find stillness, and stay for time. During this class, you’ll be led through a series of mat-based poses, and offered guidance in finding a comfortable position. You’ll stay in each pose for several minutes to gently stress the connective tissues and nourish the joints.
This practice invites you to slow down and turn inward. Silence is offered throughout much of class to give you space to sit with your body, observe what arises, and experience the pose fully. It’s an opportunity to soften — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
-
Flow and Stretch
Join Jasmine for a Vin/Yin hybrid class designed to help you get out of your head and into your body.
We’ll move through an energizing Vinyasa-style flow, using dynamic movement and mindful breathwork to build heat and release any mental or physical tension you’ve been carrying.
After creating that warmth and energy, we’ll transition to the grounding practice of Yin. In this quieter, more inward-focused half of class, we’ll settle into longer-held postures that gently stretch the deeper connective tissues, improve flexibility, and create space for stillness.
By blending these two complementary practices, we get the best of both worlds: movement and stillness, strength and release, energy and rest. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed and centered.

Fool's Journey Tarot Meditations
Turn inward and explore the rich symbolism of the tarot through these weekly meditations!
Each class invites you to slow down and connect with the tarot’s universal wisdom through meditation, breathwork, and reflection. Our practice draws inspiration from the Major Arcana — the 22 archetypal cards that represent the journey of the soul. A card will be intuitively pulled for each session.
You do not need any tarot knowledge or experience to attend! These meditations are not about reading cards or predicting the future… they’re about using timeless symbols to deepen your own awareness, intuition, and self-care practices.
The meditation will be 20 - 30 minutes, and there will be time at the end of class to enjoy a cup of tea, work with your own cards, or journal.
Beginning Sept. 17th, you can join us for this class live in studio, or via Zoom!

Moon Practice
A Monthly Yoga & Meditation Series Aligned with the Lunar Cycle 🌗
The moon offers us a natural rhythm — an invitation to turn inward, reflect, release, and begin again. Our Moon practices consist of 90-minute practices designed to support emotional clarity, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation by aligning with the energy and astrology of the lunar phases.
Our full moon gatherings invite you to notice and honor what’s come to light, celebrate growth, and gently release what no longer serves. New Moon gathering offer stillness and a sense of beginning. Both classes use gentle movement and Nidra, and include time afterward to sip a warm drink, journal, and chat with a community of like-minded people.
No yoga or astrology experience needed!

Mini Movers
Fall Session 1: September 2nd - October 7th
Fall Session 2: October 21st - November 25th
Mini Movers is designed especially for little ones, and offers a playful introduction to the world of dance!
Classes begin with a warm-up, introducing simple stretches and breathing to help kids connect with their bodies, find focus, and get ready to move. These gentle exercises support flexibility, balance, and a calm, centered start to each session.
Then, using music, games, and imaginative activities, children will explore basic dance concepts like rhythm, tempo, and body awareness. They’ll jump, twirl, march, and move in ways that feel natural and exciting! And they’ll be building gross motor skills, while nurturing creativity and self-expression, too.
At Mini Movers, the emphasis is on joy, not perfection. We believe every child (and adult, if we’re bein’ honest 😉) can benefit from dance! It’s a powerful outlet for energy and emotion, a way to build body awareness and confidence, and most of all, a chance to move freely and have fun!
**children must be fully potty trained in order to participate

Little Yogis
Fall Session 1: September 3rd - October 8th
Fall Session 2: October 15th - November 19th
Our kids’ yoga classes are thoughtfully created to capture children’s imaginations and inspire a love for movement and mindfulness - two things that research tells us are critical for mental and physical health and happiness!
Kids can expect to play fun, active movement games, because for ages 5 - 10, movement isn’t just about burning energy… it’s how children explore the world, build confidence, and develop important social and emotional skills. Active play helps strengthen muscles, improve coordination, and support focus. Most importantly, it gives kids the chance to express themselves, feel capable, and have fun!
We also practice age-appropriate yoga poses. Yoga can help kids grow strong, inside and out. Through balancing, stretching, twisting, and flowing, children build physical strength, coordination, and flexibility, along with focus, self-awareness, and emotional resilience! As they move through poses, they learn how to listen to their bodies, calm their minds, and feel more confident in themselves — skills they can carry with them well beyond the mat.
And we discover soothing breath and relaxation techniques, because learning how to breathe and relax is a superpower for kids. Simple breathing and mindfulness practices help children feel calm, focused, and in control of their emotions. Whether they’re feeling wiggly, worried, or overwhelmed, our yoga classes give them tools they can use anytime to settle their bodies and minds. Over time, these techniques support better sleep, improved self-regulation, and a deeper sense of confidence and inner peace.
Our classes provide a safe and welcoming community, filled with opportunities to make friends, build social skills, explore emotions, and build a movement and mindfulness practice that will continue to support and grow with your child, benefitting them both in and outside of yoga class!

Calm and Strong
Fall Session 1: September 4th - October 9th
Fall Session 2: October 16th - November 20th
We’re bringing you a yoga and mindfulness class created just for tweens and teens! These years come with big transitions in every aspect of life, and this class is designed to support kids through it all, offering tools to feel grounded, confident, and connected.
In each class, we’ll explore empowering yoga poses, learn calming breathwork and meditation techniques, and connect with yogic philosophy in mindful, age-appropriate ways.
Through a regular yoga practice, students can develop greater body awareness, flexibility, and focus. More importantly, they learn how movement can be a powerful tool for managing stress, building self-trust, and staying centered. Mindfulness and meditation practices can also help students navigate anxious thoughts, improve focus, and find moments of quiet in their often busy lives.
Calm and Strong is a welcoming, judgment-free space where every student is encouraged to show up exactly as they are and be met with encouragement and care.
