First Yin of the Month

On the first Tuesday of each month, our regular Yin Yoga class expands into a spacious 90-minute practice designed to welcome a new month slowly, intentionally, and with care.

This extended Yin offering is seasonally inspired, drawing from the rhythms of nature, the energetic shift of the calendar, and the quiet wisdom of the body. We’ll move through long-held, supported postures that gently target the deeper layers of the body, creating space for release, reflection, and restoration. The pace is unhurried, allowing time to soften effort, settle the nervous system, and arrive more fully in the present moment.

All bodies and levels are welcome — no prior Yin experience is necessary. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held in a practice that honors beginnings, not through doing more, but through slowing down.

Join Jasmine for practice the first Tuesday of each month, 7:00–8:30pm.

Group Reiki Reset

Start your week feeling grounded, supported, and gently renewed.

Our Sunday Reset is a 30-minute community healing experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect before the week begins. This offering is simple and accessible — no prior experience with Reiki or meditation is needed.

When you arrive, you’ll be invited to settle into a comfortable, supported position using bolsters, blankets, and other yoga props. Whether you choose to lie down or sit upright, the intention is ease. Then you’ll be led through a short, calming meditation to help you arrive in your body and quiet your mind.

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that supports the nervous system and encourages the body’s natural healing processes. Many people experience a sense of warmth, deep relaxation, emotional release, or subtle clarity. Others simply feel rested and peaceful. Every experience is welcome.

This session is offered in a small group setting, allowing you to receive Reiki while held in kind-hearted community.

You’ll leave feeling steadier, softer, and more centered — ready to begin your week from a place of intention rather than urgency.

Spring Break Yoga Camp

Spring Break Yoga Camp

Make this spring break active, playful, and fun with our Spring Break Yoga Camp! 🌷

This meaningful camp experience is designed to keep kids moving, laughing, and connecting, all while building confidence, body awareness, and mindfulness skills they can carry home with them.

We’re offering two separate age groups for this camp, to make sure every child gets an experience tailored just for them:

Ages 3–6
Our littlest yogis will enjoy imaginative play, interactive games, storytelling, creative activities, and beginner-friendly yoga poses. We’ll practice teamwork, take mindful breathing breaks, and wind down with short, age-appropriate relaxation moments. Expect silliness, creativity, and lots of encouragement!

Ages 7–10
Older kiddos will build teamwork, athleticism, and body awareness through engaging games and dynamic movement. We’ll explore yoga poses with more depth, practice balance and coordination, and learn accessible meditation and breathing techniques to help with focus and emotional regulation.

Both camps blend:

  • Fun, high-energy games

  • Skill-building movement

  • Yoga and mindfulness

  • Creative and imaginative play

  • Relaxation and rest time

This is more than just something to “keep them busy” — it’s a supportive space where kids can move their bodies, make friends, build confidence, and feel successful.

Space is limited in both age groups to keep the experience calm and engaging. Be sure to select the correct age option when registering — we can’t wait to spend spring break with your family! 🌸

Dance and Stretch

Dance and Stretch

Shake off stress. Move your body. Then soften and reset. Dance + Stretch is a feel-good class designed to give you the best of both worlds: energizing cardio and grounding yoga, all in one class.

First, Kaeli will lead 30 minutes of Oula Dance Fitness, a high-vibe, easy-to-follow dance workout. Oula isn’t about perfect choreography or getting every step right — it’s about expression, joy, and moving in a way that feels freeing. You’ll sweat, shake, laugh, and release whatever you’ve been carrying. The focus is on how you feel, not how you look.

Then, we’ll transition into 30 minutes of grounding yoga with Jasmine. After building heat and energy, we’ll slow things down with intentional stretches, steady breath, and accessible poses designed to lengthen muscles and support your nervous system.

No dance or yoga experience is needed! This class is perfect for beginners — it’s welcoming, supportive, and all about helping you leave feeling both energized and centered.

Dance, Yoga, and DIY

This month, we’re ditching the roses and leaning into rage, with our Anti-Valentine’s Dance, Yoga, and DIY.

This is your invitation to move, feel, release, and reclaim — whether you’re heartbroken, fed up, wildly independent, over forced romance… or happily in a relationship and just wanna move 😜

Class starts with 30 minutes of high-energy, expressive cardio dance led by Kaeli! Expect powerful, easy-to-follow movement, bold music, and space to stomp, shake, sweat, and let some of that built-up emotion move out of your body. This is about release, not perfection — come as you are.

Next, Jasmine will guide you through a grounding, supportive yoga flow designed to help you settle after the release. Through steady breath and intentional movement, you’ll reconnect with your body, soften what needs softening, and build trust in your own strength and resilience.

We’ll close by sitting together for a creative DIY moment — a chance to channel what came up, reflect, and create something tangible to take home. All materials are provided, and you’re welcome to bring a favorite snack or drink as we create and connect.

Come solo or bring a friend. This night is about honoring your feelings, reclaiming your power, and finding community beyond the Valentine’s clichés. Rage, laughter, tenderness, and joy are all welcome here.

💔 Space is limited — reserve your spot and join us for an Anti-Valentine’s night of movement, mindfulness, and unapologetic self-expression ✨

Join Jasmine for a warm and welcoming Sunday morning gathering designed especially for toddlers and their grownups! This class offers a relaxed, community-centered space where little ones can move, explore, and connect — all while parents and caregivers enjoy a slower pace, a cup of coffee, and meaningful time with other adults.

We’ll begin with a little bit of yoga and playful movement to encourage curiosity, coordination, and connection. Afterward, children are invited to freely explore the studio’s fun offerings, allowing them to move, imagine, and play at their own pace.

This class is designed for ages 3 and under with their caregiver, though older siblings are always welcome to join in the fun. Whether you’re looking to introduce your child to movement and mindfulness, build community with other families, or simply enjoy a joyful start to your weekend, this is a lovely way to spend your Sunday morning together.

Cats on Mats

Join Jess for yoga at the cat cafe, Catz N Coffee Connections!

This is a beginner friendly class where we will move, stretch, and breathe, while surrounded by the adoptable cats in the cafe. Will they steal your mat? Perhaps. Will they steal your heart and attention? Absolutely.

Your $15 event fee goes toward cat care, and allows you to stay and hang out at the cafe after class. Space is limited! The button below will take you to the Catz N Coffee Connections website to register.

Yin and Yoga Nidra

As the days grow shorter and the world slows down, take time to turn inward and nurture yourself 🤎

This slow and introspective practice begins with supported, long-held Yin poses that release tension and create space for stillness. From there, we’ll move into Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation that invites the mind into a state of restful awareness, supporting reflection and self-connection. Together, these practices offer a chance to pause, quiet the noise of daily life, and reconnect with your inner calm.
