Yoga and mindfulness
Creative and imaginative play
Relaxation and rest time
This is more than just something to βkeep them busyβ β itβs a supportive space where kids can move their bodies, make friends, build confidence, and feel successful.

Sound Bath and Meditation
Sound healing and meditation offers a unique way to relax the body, quiet the mind, and connect with your inner self. In this class, youβll be guided by Nikki, who brings a deep appreciation for both the science of sound and the energetic practices that support healing.
Youβll experience the resonance of different instruments, paired with gentle meditation to encourage release, restoration, and clarity. This blend of sound and meditation can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and foster a sense of harmony.
Whether you are drawn to the grounding science of vibration or the spiritual practice of raising your energy, this class offers a supportive space to explore both and leave feeling renewed.
Dance, Yoga, and DIY
This month, weβre ditching the roses and leaning into rage, with our Anti-Valentineβs Dance, Yoga, and DIY.
This is your invitation to move, feel, release, and reclaim β whether youβre heartbroken, fed up, wildly independent, over forced romanceβ¦ or happily in a relationship and just wanna move π
Class starts with 30 minutes of high-energy, expressive cardio dance led by Kaeli! Expect powerful, easy-to-follow movement, bold music, and space to stomp, shake, sweat, and let some of that built-up emotion move out of your body. This is about release, not perfection β come as you are.
Next, Jasmine will guide you through a grounding, supportive yoga flow designed to help you settle after the release. Through steady breath and intentional movement, youβll reconnect with your body, soften what needs softening, and build trust in your own strength and resilience.
Weβll close by sitting together for a creative DIY moment β a chance to channel what came up, reflect, and create something tangible to take home. All materials are provided, and youβre welcome to bring a favorite snack or drink as we create and connect.
Come solo or bring a friend. This night is about honoring your feelings, reclaiming your power, and finding community beyond the Valentineβs clichΓ©s. Rage, laughter, tenderness, and joy are all welcome here.
π Space is limited β reserve your spot and join us for an Anti-Valentineβs night of movement, mindfulness, and unapologetic self-expression β¨
