Join Jess for yoga at the cat cafe, Catz N Coffee Connections!
This is a beginner friendly class where we will move, stretch, and breathe, while surrounded by the adoptable cats in the cafe. Will they steal your mat? Perhaps. Will they steal your heart and attention? Absolutely.

Stay and Play for ages 3 and Under
Join Jasmine for a warm and welcoming Sunday morning gathering designed especially for toddlers and their grownups! This class offers a relaxed, community-centered space where little ones can move, explore, and connect — all while parents and caregivers enjoy a slower pace, a cup of coffee, and meaningful time with other adults.
We’ll begin with a little bit of yoga and playful movement to encourage curiosity, coordination, and connection. Afterward, children are invited to freely explore the studio’s fun offerings, allowing them to move, imagine, and play at their own pace.
This class is designed for ages 3 and under with their caregiver, though older siblings are always welcome to join in the fun. Whether you’re looking to introduce your child to movement and mindfulness, build community with other families, or simply enjoy a joyful start to your weekend, this is a lovely way to spend your Sunday morning together.
Rest, Restore, and Reiki
Settle into stillness and allow your body and mind to deeply rest during this gentle, restorative class.
Restorative Yoga utilizes props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in different poses. Postures will be held for several minutes at a time, giving your nervous system the chance to shift into a state of calm and encourage full relaxation.
During this restorative practice, Reiki will be offered for those who are interested to further support rest and healing.

Mini Yoga Camp
The return to the school year means our return to Mini Yoga Camps! Our camps fall on days off from school, giving kiddos a fun and engaging way to fill their time.
Throughout this camp, kids will move their bodies with playful yoga sequences designed just for them—building strength, balance, and flexibility while also learning simple tools for mindfulness and relaxation. Yoga is woven together with group games and activities that encourage teamwork, friendship, and laughter.
We’ll also tap into creativity through mindful crafts and projects, giving children a chance to express themselves and explore their imaginations. These creative breaks provide a balance of movement and stillness, helping kids feel grounded and inspired.
Snacks will be provided to keep everyone fueled and happy. Children will leave feeling connected, refreshed, and proud of the new skills and projects they’ve explored.
This event is designed for ages 5 - 10! Space is limited to ensure every child receives attention and support — reserve your spot early!

Together in Peace: A Meditation and Community Energy Share for Compassion
Please join us for a beautiful community gathering rooted in connection, reflection, and shared healing. Whether you're someone who practices formal energy work, or someone simply seeking peace, grounding, and energetic support, this event is open to all!
We’ll enjoy light, nourishing refreshments, and then settle in together with some breathwork.
You’ll then be guided through a loving-kindness meditation, meant to encourage a sense of peace and interconnectedness, inviting feelings of warmth, healing, and compassion for ourselves, one another, and the world.
Come with an open heart, a willingness to share and receive energy, and the desire to be part of a collective offering of goodwill and compassion through your awareness and presence.
This event is donation-based, with a suggested contribution of $10 to support the space and the offering. Please book in advance, so that we have a head count for refreshments!

Yoga & Crafts is a creative, fun-filled opportunity for children to explore yoga, mindfulness, and movement through a new theme each month!
This event is a favorite among students and families alike, not just for the engaging activities, but for the friendships that continue to grow from it. Many children return month after month, excited to reconnect with friends and enjoy time in a playful, positive space where everyone is welcome just as they are.
During each 90-minute class, children move through a joyful blend of hands-on creativity and playful physical movement. Kids will create a themed craft to take home, play fun and active yoga-based games, and learn age-appropriate yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Each class ends with a calming mindfulness or relaxation activity, giving kids a chance to rest, reset, and feel proud of their efforts.
Whether your child is new to yoga or has been practicing for years, this is a joyful place to move, make, and be themselves.

Yin in the Dark
The first Tuesday of each month, we’re making Yin just a little extra. Class will be lengthened by 15 minutes to allow for a longer, more luxurious savasana, and we’ll be including some cozy elements to switch things up — a lil’ change now and then is good for our brains! October’s class will be held in the dark, creating a seasonally appropriate environment to embrace the unknown, draw our senses inward, and tune into our inner world.
During Yin Yoga, we take our time coming into yoga poses and finding just the right depth for our bodies. Then we use plenty of props to support us in staying in these poses for 3 - 6 minutes. This practice offers us the opportunity to slow down and truly be present with our bodies and minds. There’s typically less talking from your teacher, and more time for meditative silence.

The Self Love Era
Join Kaeli and Jasmine for a high energy Taylor Swift centered class that is full of fun and good vibes!
How often do you get to have a dance party with your friends, get in some stretching and relaxation, AND make friendship bracelets?! Our Self Love Era event is your opportunity to literally Shake It (all) Off — Kaeli will take you through a dance workout set to some of your favorite hits, and then Jasmine will slow it down with a short yoga sequence. After class, we'll keep the vibes going by making a friendship bracelet (or two… or three) to remember the night by.

Community Reiki Share
As summer draws to a close, we invite you to gather in community for an evening of connection, reflection, and shared healing. This community Reiki share is open to all, whether you're a Reiki practitioner or someone simply seeking peace, grounding, and energetic support!
We’ll settle in together with some simple seated movement and breathwork.
You’ll then be guided through a loving-kindness meditation. This meditation is meant to encourage a sense of peace and interconnectedness, inviting feelings of warmth, healing, and compassion for ourselves, one another, and the world.
If you’re a Reiki practitioner, you’re welcome to both share and receive Reiki energy during this meditation. If you’re not a practitioner, you are welcome to open yourself to receiving energy, and invited be part of a collective offering of goodwill and compassion through your awareness and presence.
We’ll close with light refreshments and time to connect, continuing the spirit of community and care.
Kid's Night Out
Also known as our Glow Party, this event is an opportunity for kids to have fun moving and playing, spending time with friends, and doing yoga, while parents get to enjoy an evening to themselves for date night, errands, or self-care!
Kid’s Night Out includes all the things kids love about our yoga classes and more. We play board games and movement games, get into glow in the dark tattoos and body paint, and pull out all of their favorite yoga props. Parents get to take a night off of dinner, because we take care of that too!
Space is limited to 12 students, and this is our last Glow Party of the summer! Don’t miss out!
