Toddler Stay and Play — best for ages 1 thru 4
A cozy Sunday hangout — for toddlers and their grownups 💜
Stay and Play offers a relaxed and welcoming space where little ones can move, explore, and make new friends, while parents and caregivers enjoy a warm drink and hanging out with other grownups!
We’ll begin class with a little bit of yoga and movement — this might look like a story, music and dancing, or movement games! Then, we’ll open the floor for free play, which is one of the best ways for little ones to practice their motor skills and learn about the world around them. The toys and furniture available for playing with will vary from class to class.
Whether you stay for 20 minutes, or the whole time, this is your space to play and connect with your toddler (without the work of planning an activity 😘) and to meet a community of other parents, too.

Mini Movers — for ages 3 thru 6
Designed especially for preschool and early elementary ages, Mini Movers is a playful introduction to the world of dance, where movement meets imagination and every child is encouraged to express themselves, explore rhythm, and have fun!
This 45-minute class combines the joy and creativity of dance with foundational skills, offering a developmentally appropriate way for little ones to build confidence and coordination in a supportive, engaging environment. Little ones will:
🪩 Learn through movement and play! Using music, games, and imaginative activities, children will explore basic dance concepts like rhythm, tempo, and body awareness. They’ll jump, twirl, march, and move in ways that feel natural and exciting! And they’ll be building gross motor skills, while nurturing creativity and self-expression, too.
🧘♀️ Warm up with yoga-inspired stretches! Classes begin with a warm-up, introducing simple stretches and breathing to help kids connect with their bodies, find focus, and get ready to move. These gentle exercises support flexibility, balance, and a calm, centered start to each session.
🎵 Build rhythm and coordination! Whether clapping to a beat, dancing with scarves, or following movement patterns, children learn how to move in time with music and build coordination through fun, accessible activities that keep them engaged and smiling.
At Mini Movers, the emphasis is on joy, not perfection. We believe every child (and adult, if we’re bein’ honest 😉) can benefit from dance! It’s a powerful outlet for energy and emotion, a way to build body awareness and confidence, and most of all, a chance to move freely and have fun!

Little Yogis — sensory friendly for ages 4 thru 8
Our sensory friendly class is designed with care for kids who thrive in a calmer, more structured setting. Little Yogis offers smaller class sizes, and a peaceful introduction to the world of yoga, mindfulness, and self-regulation ✨
This class is ideal for children who may feel overwhelmed by louder, high-energy environments, and for children who need the support of their parent or caregiver. If your child would benefit from a softer space, they’ll find a welcoming environment here.
Each 45 minute class includes:
Fun & engaging yoga and movement to build strength, body awareness, and coordination
Mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises and mantras, designed to support emotional regulation and resilience
Soothing guided relaxation and visualization to help kids settle their minds and feel more grounded
Opportunities for quiet connection and social engagement, with plenty of space to participate in a way that feels safe and comfortable
We use soft lighting, a quiet atmosphere, and consistent routines to help children feel secure and supported.
At Little Yogis, our goal is to help every child feel seen, valued, and capable — on the mat and beyond. This class is more than just yoga; it’s a space to explore calm, build self-confidence, and practice skills that can benefit your child at home, in school, and in everyday life.
All are welcome. No experience needed.

Yoga Explorers — independent classes for ages 4 thru 10
These classes are thoughtfully created to capture children’s imaginations and inspire a love for movement and mindfulness - two things that research tells us are critical for mental and physical health and happiness.
During their hour of yoga, kids can expect to:
🤸 Play fun, active movement games: for children ages 5 - 10, movement isn’t just about burning energy — it’s how they explore the world, build confidence, and develop important social and emotional skills. Active play helps strengthen muscles, improve coordination, and support focus. Most importantly, it gives kids the chance to express themselves, feel capable, and have fun!
🧘♂️ Practice age-appropriate yoga poses: Yoga poses help kids grow strong — inside and out. Through balancing, stretching, twisting, and flowing, children build physical strength, coordination, and flexibility, along with focus, self-awareness, and emotional resilience! As they move through poses, they learn how to listen to their bodies, calm their minds, and feel more confident in themselves — skills they can carry with them well beyond the mat.
😌 Discover soothing breath and relaxation techniques: learning how to breathe and relax is a superpower for kids. Simple breathing and mindfulness practices help children feel calm, focused, and in control of their emotions. Whether they’re feeling wiggly, worried, or overwhelmed, breathwork gives them tools they can use anytime to settle their bodies and minds. Over time, these techniques support better sleep, improved self-regulation, and a deeper sense of confidence and inner peace.
Our classes provide a safe and welcoming community, filled with opportunities to make friends, build social skills, explore emotions, and build a movement and mindfulness practice that will continue to support and grow with your child, benefitting them both in and outside of yoga class!

Yoga + Crafts — for ages 5 thru 10
A creative, fun-filled opportunity for children to explore yoga, mindfulness, and movement through a new theme each month!
This popular monthly event is a favorite among students and families alike, not just for the engaging activities, but for the friendships that continue to grow from it! Many children return month after month, excited to reconnect with friends and enjoy time in a playful, positive space where everyone is welcome just as they are.
🧘♀️ During each 90-minute class, children move through a joyful blend of hands-on creativity and playful physical movement. Kids will create a themed craft to take home, play fun and active yoga-based games, and learn age-appropriate yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Each class ends with a calming mindfulness or relaxation activity, giving kids a chance to rest, reset, and feel proud of their efforts.
🎨 Our themed crafts aren’t just cute (though they often are!) — they also help students build fine motor skills, express their creativity, and deepen their connection to the month’s focus. Whether it’s painting, cutting, gluing, or designing, these projects give children the satisfaction of making something meaningful with their own hands.
🤸 Through movement games and yoga flows, children develop gross motor skills, balance, body awareness, and coordination—all while having a blast! But the benefits go beyond the physical: as they stretch and play, students also strengthen their ability to focus, work together, manage big emotions, and feel more at ease in their own bodies.
💜 The most beautiful part of this class may be the sense of belonging it creates. Many children form real friendships here, and our supportive, inclusive environment encourages kindness, curiosity, and confidence. Every child is invited to participate in their own way and at their own pace, allowing space for individuality while fostering group connection.
Whether your child is new to yoga or has been practicing for years, Yoga + Crafts is a joyful place to move, make, and be themselves.

Self Care Club — for ages 10 thru 15
A space for tweens & teens to unwind, connect, and take care of themselves – body, mind, and heart 💜
This 90-minute monthly event offers a much needed pause for tweens and teens — a chance to slow down, connect with others, and feel supported in a world that often moves too fast.
In a safe and encouraging environment, students begin to build friendships and a sense of belonging within a positive community. Through thoughtful conversation, shared experiences, and gentle guidance, they’re reminded that they’re not alone, and that their voice, perspective, and presence matter.
💫 We’ll practice feel-good movement and mindfulness, with each class including yoga sequences designed to help tweens and teens feel strong, calm, and more at home in their bodies. Yoga is never about perfection — it’s about tuning in, expressing yourself, and noticing how your body feels. Through balancing, stretching, and flowing, students build flexibility, coordination, and inner resilience, while learning how to manage stress, improve focus, and support their emotional well-being.
🌱 We’ll explore different forms of self-care and creativity during the second half of class. From mindful art and journaling to DIY spa experiences and calming breathwork tools, each activity gives students the chance to discover what feels supportive and meaningful to them. By trying out different approaches, they begin to build a toolkit of self-care strategies that they can return to again and again. These practices will vary from month to month.
💜 During this class, we honor individuality. This class celebrates the uniqueness of each student, encouraging them to listen inward and discover what works best for them. There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to wellness. Some might love movement, others might find comfort in stillness or creativity. Here, we explore it all with openness and curiosity, helping students understand themselves more deeply and care for themselves more confidently.
This class is all about feeling good, building self-trust, and developing lifelong tools that support well-being, both on and off the mat.
