Community Flow offers a welcoming space to move your body, calm your mind, and connect with others. This weekly class combines warm conversation with an all-levels yoga flow to support both physical wellness and emotional nourishment.
Doors open at 8:30a. We’ll spend time sipping tea/coffee (bring a mug!) and sharing space together. Then we’ll move into a 45-minute yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and more at home in your body.

Start your week strong with a dynamic, thoughtfully paced class designed to build heat, balance, and full-body strength.
Each session begins with a mindful warm-up, followed by a creative sequence that challenges your body in all planes of movement — standing, balancing, and transitioning smoothly between postures. Expect opportunities to explore different variations and connect breath with movement in a way that feels both energizing and grounding.
This class is best suited for students with some yoga experience who feel comfortable moving up and down from the floor.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep,” is an ancient practice that guides you into a state between waking and sleeping. Here, the body can fully relax, the mind can quiet, and deep restoration becomes possible.
This class is an invitation to pause, recharge, and connect with a profound sense of calm. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded, carrying the benefits of deep rest into the rest of your evening.
You can join us for this class live in studio, or via Zoom! When booking, be sure to choose the option you prefer.

Oula celebrates the healing power of movement as part of an inclusive, come-as-you-are community where all are welcome!
This class merges high-intensity cardio with fun and accessible choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of community, all to an energetic soundtrack. Each class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and minds, and process their emotions through movement, music, and connection.
Kaeli is an experienced teacher, and will offer modifications as needed for this class, so that all levels of experience feel welcome!

Yin offers a quiet, more meditative asana practice, and is a beautiful complement to the busy-ness of our everyday lives!
During this class, you’ll be led through a series of mat-based poses, and offered guidance in using props to find a comfortable position. You’ll stay in each pose for several minutes to gently stress the connective tissues and nourish the joints.
This practice invites you to slow down and turn inward. Silence is offered throughout much of class to give you space to sit with your body, observe what arises, and experience the pose fully. It’s an opportunity to soften — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Our all-levels class is designed to help you shift out of your busy mind and settle into your body.
Gentle warm-ups help you release tension and settle into the present moment. Then, we’ll explore a balanced sequence of accessible flows that build strength, mobility, and steady energy, always with an emphasis on moving with intention rather than pushing for perfection.
Throughout class, you’ll be met with clear guidance and supportive options, so you can choose what feels best for your body on any given day.

Turn inward and explore the rich symbolism of the tarot through these bi-weekly meditations!
Each class invites you to slow down and connect with the tarot’s universal wisdom through meditation, breathwork, and reflection. Our practice draws inspiration from the Major Arcana — the 22 archetypal cards that represent the journey of the soul. A card will be intuitively pulled for each session.
You do not need any tarot knowledge or experience to attend! These meditations are not about reading cards or predicting the future… they’re about using timeless symbols to deepen your own awareness, intuition, and self-care practices.
You can join us for this class live in studio, or via Zoom! When booking, be sure to choose the option you prefer.

This bi-weekly class invites you to tune into the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle — one that gently reminds us to turn inward, reflect, release, and begin again.
Our 90-minute moon practices consist of conversation about the current moon phase and astrology, a series of gentle yoga postures, and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session. Afterward, you’re welcome to stay, sip a warm drink, journal, and chat with a community of like-minded people.
No yoga or astrology experience needed! Just a little curiosity and an open mind. Small, optional rituals, such as journaling, pulling a Tarot card, or taking home some moon water are also offered.

Gentle Yoga is perfect for all levels of yoga experience, and is a great way to unwind after a long week, or help prepare for a great night’s sleep.
In this class, you’ll be guided through a slow and mindful flow designed to calm both body and mind. Expect soothing breathwork, gentle stretches, and accessible movements that ease tightness, release tension, and restore balance. This is a space to listen to your body and move at a pace that feels right for you.

This yoga and mindfulness class has been created just for tweens and teens! These years come with big transitions in every aspect of life, and this class is designed to support kids through it all, offering tools to feel grounded, confident, and connected.
Through a regular yoga practice, students can develop greater body awareness, flexibility, and focus. More importantly, they learn how movement can be a powerful tool for managing stress, building self-trust, and staying centered. Mindfulness and meditation practices can also help students navigate anxious thoughts, improve focus, and find moments of quiet in their often busy lives.
Calm and Strong is a welcoming, judgment-free space where every student is encouraged to show up exactly as they are and be met with encouragement and care.
