Calm & Strong is a yoga and mindfulness class created specifically for tweens and teens navigating big transitions. Through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, students build body awareness, flexibility, focus, and tools for managing stress and anxious thoughts.
Just as importantly, this class is a place to have fun, laugh, and connect with peers in a relaxed, supportive environment! Students are encouraged to be themselves, make friends, and enjoy time to simply be kids, while building confidence, self-trust, and a sense of calm that they can carry on and off the mat.
Our winter series runs every Monday for 6 weeks, from January 5th - February 9th. We have a 3 student minimum in order for class to run, so please register as soon as you know you’d like to participate!
