Over the course of three one-hour sessions, you’ll learn the foundations of dance fitness, including basic movements, simple choreography, and the rhythm and flow that make these classes so energizing. Your instructor, Kaeli, will offer detailed breakdowns, answer questions, and provide plenty of opportunities to practice at your own pace. Whether you’re brand-new to dance fitness or returning after a break, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you discover how fun and accessible dance movement can be!
