The first Tuesday of each month, our regular Yin class expands into a spacious 90-minute practice mindfully crafted to help you welcome a new month with intention.
This extended offering draws inspiration from nature’s rhythm and cycles, and invites you to sink into the quiet wisdom of your own body. We’ll move through long-held, supported postures that gently target your body’s connective tissue, creating space for release, reflection, and restoration. The pace is unhurried, allowing time to soften effort and settle your nervous system.
All bodies and levels are welcome — no prior Yin or yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are, and let yourself to be held in a practice that honors beginnings… and slowing down long enough to appreciate them.
