This monthly Sunday Reset is designed to help you slow down and relax before your week begins. It’s simple and accessible — no prior experience with Reiki or meditation is needed.
When you arrive to this small group class, Jasmine will help you settle into a comfortable, supported position using bolsters, blankets, and other yoga props. Whether you choose to lie down or sit upright, the intention is ease. Then you’ll be led through a short, calming meditation to help you arrive in your body and quiet your mind.
From there, you’ll simply rest 😌 Soft music will play, as Jasmine sends you Reiki energy.
Reiki can help calm your nervous system, support your body’s natural healing processes, and overall encourage wellbeing. Many people experience a sense of warmth, deep relaxation, emotional release, or subtle clarity. Others simply feel rested and peaceful — all experiences are welcome.
