Our Kids’ Yoga classes are thoughtfully created to nurture both the body and the mind, offering children a balanced blend of movement, mindfulness, and connection. Each class weaves together age-appropriate yoga poses, engaging movement activities, and playful moments that encourage curiosity and imagination.
In addition to building strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, children are introduced to calming breathwork and relaxation techniques they can use anytime they need to pause, reset, or self-soothe. Kids are encouraged to explore at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and show up just as they are, creating a positive, supportive experience that extends beyond the mat and into everyday life.
Our winter series runs every Wednesday, from January 7th to February 11th. We have a 3 student minimum in order for class to run, so please register as soon as you know you’d like to participate!
