Our Mini Yoga Camps are offered on days when school is out, giving children a fun, engaging place to spend the day while parents and caregivers keep a little bit of their regular routines!
Kids will love playful, age-appropriate yoga practices, as well as exciting and active group games! Together, this combination helps build strength, balance, and flexibility, and encourages cooperation, friendship, and plenty of laughter.
We also include mindful crafts and creative projects, offering a balance of movement and calm that supports confidence, creativity, and self-expression. Snacks are provided to keep everyone fueled and happy.
Our regular attendees look forward to Mini Camp each month — it’s common to hear kids ask, “When can I come back?” or “Do we have to leave?” Space is limited to 10, so don’t wait to sign up!
