Restorative Yoga is a slow and accessible practice that uses bolsters, blankets, and yoga blocks to fully support your body. You’ll be led through mini meditations and soft silence as you hold poses for several minutes at a time, giving your nervous system the chance to shift into a state of calm and encourage full relaxation.
To further support rest and healing, Reiki will be offered for those who are interested. Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive form of energy work that can help reduce stress, support the body’s natural healing processes, balance the body’s energy, and encourage a greater sense of peace and well-being.
