Spring Beginnings is an 8-week yoga and meditation series designed to help you feel steady, confident, and supported in your practice as we head into a new season! 🌱

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with your routine, this series offers a welcoming space to slow down, move your body, and build meaningful self-care habits over time. Practicing in a series format allows you to deepen your understanding, develop consistency, and experience the benefits of yoga and meditation in a more intentional way.

Each 75-minute class blends gentle, mindful movement, simple breathwork practices, and accessible meditation techniques. Together, these tools support your nervous system, improve mobility and body awareness, and help cultivate a greater sense of calm and clarity.

Throughout the series, you’ll gradually build skills that can support you both on and off the mat — from learning how to connect with your breath during stressful moments, to developing a meditation practice that feels approachable and sustainable in everyday life.

This series is perfect for beginners and welcoming to all levels. Each class is thoughtfully guided with clear instruction, supportive modifications, and plenty of space to move at your own pace.

Perhaps most importantly, you’ll be practicing within a kind-hearted community. Over the course of the eight weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside others who are also showing up for themselves — creating a space that feels encouraging, grounded, and supportive 💛
