Spring Break Yoga Camp

Make this spring break active, playful, and fun with our Spring Break Yoga Camp! 🌷

Camp runs Monday, March 23 - Thursday, March 26

This meaningful camp experience is designed to keep kids moving, laughing, and connecting, all while building confidence, body awareness, and mindfulness skills they can carry home with them.

We’re offering two separate age groups for this camp, to make sure every child gets an experience tailored just for them:

Ages 3–6
Our littlest yogis will enjoy imaginative play, interactive games, storytelling, creative activities, and beginner-friendly yoga poses. We’ll practice teamwork, take mindful breathing breaks, and wind down with short, age-appropriate relaxation moments. Expect silliness, creativity, and lots of encouragement! This group is scheduled for 10 - 12p.

Ages 7–10
Older kiddos will build teamwork, athleticism, and body awareness through engaging games and dynamic movement. We’ll explore yoga poses with more depth, practice balance and coordination, and learn accessible meditation and breathing techniques to help with focus and emotional regulation. This group is scheduled for 1 - 3p.

Both camps blend:

  • Fun, high-energy games

  • Skill-building movement

  • Yoga and mindfulness

  • Creative and imaginative play

  • Relaxation and rest time

This is more than just something to “keep them busy” — it’s a supportive space where kids can move their bodies, make friends, build confidence, and feel successful.

Space is limited in both age groups to keep the experience calm and engaging. Be sure to select the correct age option when registering — we can’t wait to spend spring break with your family! 🌸
