Cards are designed to be printed on 8.5 x 11 inch paper, then folded in half to create a front and back style card.
These cards only include the name of a yoga pose - they do not include instructions or an image of the pose. If you are not familiar with these poses, a quick google search of the name will give you an accurate picture!
I love using these cards for ages 5 - 10, but could be used for younger kids as well.
