Yule Workshop

  • GROW Movement and Mindfulness LLC 600 W Cheyenne, Wyoming United States (map)

Rooted in ancient winter solstice traditions, Yule is a celebration of the return of the light — a time to honor the longest night of the year, reflect on the past season, and welcome new beginnings as the days slowly grow brighter again. We invite you to welcome Yule with this cozy and intention-filled workshop.

This workshop will begin with a gentle, grounded yoga practice and meditation, inspired by the winter solstice. Through breath, movement, and quiet reflection, you’ll be invited to release the rush and heaviness of the year and settle into winter’s softer, slower rhythm. This calming practice helps you connect with your inner light during the darkest days of the season, creating space for clarity, rest, and renewal.

After meditation, you’ll craft your own Yule log to take home, choosing from symbolic decorations, each representing intentions or qualities you want to cultivate in the months ahead. Whether you’re hoping to invite in more peace, protection, joy, creativity, or grounding, your Yule log becomes a meaningful reminder of what you’re welcoming into the new season.

In order to guarantee plenty of fresh materials for our Yule logs, registration for the workshop closes on Wednesday the 10th, at 8p. We hope you’ll join us for this beautiful opportunity to slow down and honor the turning of the season.
