Whether your child is already an avid yogi or they’re brand new to the practice, we’d love to welcome them for a week filled with play and peace 💜
This one-of-a-kind camp blends movement, mindfulness, and creativity to offer a joyful and engaging summer experience! Each day includes exciting yoga games and activities, fun challenges, energizing movement, and calming practices like kid-friendly meditation, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation. We’ll also enjoy delicious snacks, create themed crafts, and spend plenty of time connecting and playing together!
Yoga camp also provides a chance for children to build lifelong tools that support their emotional well-being, physical development, and personal growth. Through mindful movement and quiet moments, campers will learn how to navigate big emotions, strengthen focus and self-awareness, and feel confident in their bodies and choices.
Every part of the day is intentionally designed to help children feel safe, seen, and celebrated. It’s a space where they can express themselves freely, connect with others, and discover what helps them feel calm, happy, and strong—on and off the mat.
By the end of the week, they’ll walk away with new friendships, meaningful memories, and tools they can carry into the rest of their summer, and beyond.
