If we practice yoga long enough, the practice changes to suit our needs. It’s important to acknowledge that the practice isn’t meant to be one practice for everybody. The beautiful thing about yoga is that there are so many different approaches. As we go through our life cycles, hopefully, we are able to find a practice that suits us. And if you practice yoga long enough, that will change many times. What exactly that looks like is going to be different for each person.

Turning Toward the Light — a Summer Solstice Event
A Soulful Gathering to Welcome the Light ☀️
Join us for a heart-centered, two-hour celebration of the longest day of the year! It’s a time to honor the light within and around us, to pause and reflect, and to realign with our deepest intentions.
Through an intentional blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindful ritual, we’ll explore the energy of the Summer Solstice as a powerful turning point — an invitation to embrace growth, celebrate abundance, and gently release what’s ready to be let go.
This special class is designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and create space for meaningful self-connection. You’ll move through grounding and uplifting yoga, settle into stillness with guided meditation, and enjoy quiet moments of reflection and journaling, all woven with seasonal themes and the wisdom of the sun.
You’re also invited to help create a simple communal altar to honor the season — please feel free to bring a small item (a flower, stone, or symbol) as a personal offering.
Community Flow
More than just a weekend yoga class 💜
Community Flow offers a welcoming space to move your body, calm your mind, and connect with others. This weekly class combines gentle conversation and an all-levels yoga flow to support both physical wellness and emotional nourishment.
Doors open just before 8:30. We’ll spend time sipping some tea and sharing space together, because sometimes the most healing part of class is simply being seen and heard. Then we’ll move into a 45-minute yoga practice designed to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and more at home in your body.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome here. This class is for anyone craving a feel-good start to their Sunday morning — no pressure, no expectations, just a warm and supportive community, and a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga offers a quiet, more meditative asana practice, and is a beautiful complement to the busy and active summertime!
A Yin practice follows three core tenets — come into your version of the pose, find stillness, and stay for time. During this class, you’ll be led through a series of mat-based yoga poses, and offered guidance in finding a supportive shape. You’ll stay in this pose for several minutes to gently stress the connective tissues and nourish the joints, helping to increase mobility and circulation.
This practice invites you to slow down and turn inward. Silence is offered throughout much of class to give you space to sit with your body, observe what arises, and experience the pose fully from within. It’s an opportunity to soften — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
Bring your breath, your curiosity, and the willingness to be with what is.

Fool’s Journey Meditation
Turn inward and explore the rich symbolism of the tarot through these weekly meditations 🎴
Each class invites you to slow down and connect with the tarot’s universal themes through meditation, breath, and reflection. Our practice draws inspiration from the Major Arcana — the 22 archetypal cards that represent the journey of the soul — and will center around one card each session. We’ll begin in June with The Fool, a symbol of fresh starts, trust, and the courage to step into the unknown.
You do not need any tarot knowledge or experience to attend! These meditations are not about reading cards or predicting the future — they're about using timeless symbols to deepen your own awareness, intuition, and self-care practices.
You can expect:
✨ A few moments of gentle movement to ground and settle the body
✨ Breathwork to calm the mind and open the heart
✨ A guided meditation inspired by the card of the month
✨ And quiet time for reflection, journaling, or working with your own deck (totally optional!)
Whether you're looking to build a consistent meditation practice or simply carve out time for inner exploration, this class offers a supportive and soulful space to slow down and tune in.
Bring a journal, your favorite deck if you have one, and an open mind.
Join Jasmine for class on Fridays | 9 - 10am
Flow and Stretch
Unwind from the week and ease into your weekend 💜
This class is your invitation to shift gears, stepping out of your busy mind and into your body. We’ll begin with a slower-paced, intentional vinyasa flow that encourages breath-led movement without the rush. Think grounding transitions, dynamic mobility, and space to feel each pose fully.
From there, we’ll move to the floor for longer-held, nourishing stretches, giving you time to settle, listen inward, and release layers of built-up tension. It’s part vinyasa, part deep stretch, and all about balance.
Whether you're wrapping up a long week or simply craving a mid-morning reset, this class offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness to help you land more fully in yourself.
All levels welcome. Come as you are, leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.

Moving With the Moon
A Monthly Yoga & Meditation Series Aligned with the Lunar Cycle 🌗
The moon offers us a natural rhythm — an invitation to turn inward, reflect, release, and begin again. Moving with the Moon is a monthly series consisting of two 90-minute classes designed to support emotional clarity, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation by aligning with the energy of the lunar phases.
Each month, we’ll come together under the light of the Full Moon or in the quiet of the New Moon, creating intentional space for movement, rest, and reflection.
🌕 Our Full Moon Circles invite us to notice and honor what has come to light, celebrate growth, and gently release what no longer serves. Through grounding yoga, breathwork, and guided Yoga Nidra, we create space to let go and settle into a deep sense of renewal.
🌑 Our New Moon Circles offer a moment of stillness and a sense of beginning. Through gentle movement, breath, and deeply restful Yoga Nidra, we turn inward to clarify intentions, listen to our inner wisdom, and plant seeds for the cycle ahead.
Rooted in the themes of the current astrological season, these classes are a beautiful way to stay connected to yourself and the natural rhythms around you. No experience with yoga or astrology is needed — just come as you are.
