Rest & Restore | a 4-class series

Take a deep breath and give yourself the gift of rest with this calming and restorative 4-class series!

Each week, we'll explore a mindful blend of gentle movement and Yoga Nidra. These gentle yoga flows will guide you through slow, intentional movements designed to stretch and release tension from the body, while nurturing a deeper connection to your physical self. Following the movement practice, we’ll dive into the soothing stillness of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that promotes profound relaxation, helping you reconnect with your inner calm and enhancing your overall sense of well-being.

This class is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, reduce stress, and improve sleep. No prior yoga experience is required—just a willingness to slow down. All props and materials will be provided, and space is limited to 6 students.

Whether you’re new to yoga or simply seeking a space to recharge, Rest & Restore is the perfect opportunity to practice self-care in a kind, supportive environment.

Our ✨ Sunday morning (new day!) class is meant to be accessible for all levels of yoga experience!

Yoga Nidra | a free monthly class

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation. It allows us to take a moment to disconnect from the world outside and focus solely on our own well-being. As you are guided to relax your physical, mental, and emotional body, you may experience a sense of healing, connection to yourself, and deep, wonderful rest.

This monthly free class will be offered once a month, through at least May, at which point we’ll see how it’s going! Yoga Nidra is a class that is done while sitting or lying in a comfortable position. Feel free to come in a little early to move and stretch on your own a bit before we settle in for class.

Cats on Mats

Join me for yoga with the cats at Catz N Coffee Connections!

We’ll practice an hour of beginner friendly yoga, mostly staying on the floor to be nearer to our furry friends. Will they be sweet and cuddly today? Will they chase each other around the room? Will they completely ignore us?! We never know - you’ll have to come find out 😸

Bring a friend, a book, or a board game and stay to hang out afterwards, enjoying some time in Jami’s peaceful cafe 💜
