Yoga Together is filled with songs, stories, stretching, and play. For young children, these simple practices are more than just fun - they’re foundational! From building early language skills, to regulating nervous systems, to feeling connected with others, each class supports healthy development in body, heart, and mind. Plus, it's a joyful way to bond with your child and be part of a heart-centered community!

Little Yogis — Independent Classes For Ages 5 thru 10

Join us for our Spring Little Yogis Series!

These classes are thoughtfully created to capture children’s imaginations and inspire a love for movement and mindfulness - two things that research tells us are critical for mental and physical health and happiness.

During these one-hour classes, kids can expect to:

🤸 Play fun, active movement games: for children ages 5 - 10, movement isn’t just about burning energy — it’s how they explore the world, build confidence, and develop important social and emotional skills. Active play helps strengthen muscles, improve coordination, and support focus. Most importantly, it gives kids the chance to express themselves, feel capable, and have fun!

🧘‍♂️ Practice age-appropriate yoga poses: Yoga poses help kids grow strong — inside and out. Through balancing, stretching, twisting, and flowing, children build physical strength, coordination, and flexibility, along with focus, self-awareness, and emotional resilience! As they move through poses, they learn how to listen to their bodies, calm their minds, and feel more confident in themselves — skills they can carry with them well beyond the mat.

😌 Discover soothing breath and relaxation techniques: learning how to breathe and relax is a superpower for kids. Simple breathing and mindfulness practices help children feel calm, focused, and in control of their emotions. Whether they’re feeling wiggly, worried, or overwhelmed, breathwork gives them tools they can use anytime to settle their bodies and minds. Over time, these techniques support better sleep, improved self-regulation, and a deeper sense of confidence and inner peace.

Our classes provide a safe and welcoming community, filled with opportunities to make friends, build social skills, explore emotions, and build a movement and mindfulness practice that will continue to support and grow with your child, benefitting them both in and outside of yoga class!

Yoga + Crafts — Independent Classes For Ages 5 thru 10

Yoga + Crafts is a creative, fun-filled opportunity for children to explore yoga and mindfulness! Each month introduces an exciting new theme.

During this class, children create a fun craft to take home, play lots of fun movement games, learn yoga poses, and get nice and cozy while discovering mindfulness and relaxation practices. These activities provide students the opportunity to be creative, develop fine and gross motor skills, build friendships, and grow their physical health, balance, and body awareness.

Calm & Strong — Independent Classes For Ages 11 thru 13

This class is designed to provide preteens with the opportunity to grow strength, confidence, and resilience, both on and off the mat! Through a blend of fun activities, movement, breathwork, and relaxation, students will develop flexibility, coordination, and balance while also learning techniques to manage stress and emotions.

Our classes provide a safe and supportive space to explore emotions and self-care, and to cultivate a sense of inner calm. Students are encouraged to move in a way that feels good for their bodies, express themselves without judgment, and connect with others in a positive, uplifting environment.

Whether your child is looking for a way to improve focus, release tension, or simply have fun and make new friends, Calm & Strong offers the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation, helping preteens navigate this stage of life with strength and ease.
